Recruitment Consultan
t to join our team in
Waterlooville
. You will be tasked with the continued growth of our industrial engineering sector. This position involves white-collar recruitment for the Power Transmission sector and would suit someone with drive and motivation to succeed in a sales-focused role. Full systems and technical training will be provided.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. Other key requirements include:

  • Highly motivated and target-driven to deliver results.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Outstanding organisation, IT, and administration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience is advantageous.

Package & Benefits:

  • £25,000 to £27,000 Basic - £40,000 to £60,000 OTE (uncapped commission structure)
  • £2,000 Annual bonus for exceeding targets
