Palliative Care Team Lead

We are looking to recruit a PA/Admin Team Leader to work with the Specialist Palliative Care Team based at the Rowans Hospice. The post holder will have excellent communication, leadership and organisation skills, be proactive with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Leads and Consultants in the management of all administrative staff to include recruitment, attendance and performance monitoring and management. The role will also include providing comprehensive PA support to the teams 4 consultants.
The work delegated to you will always be within your competency levels, you will receive both formal and informal training. There is peer support available with other staff members.
The post holder will proactively and positively contribute to the successful overall performance of the Trust. We are looking for people who will deliver excellent levels of customer service to all patients/visitors and staff at the Trust.
The post holder needs to be innovative and organised developing effective ways of working to create strong partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders to support the Team Manager and develop an organisational culture that fosters collaborative working among all staff groups, to ensure a focused commitment to delivering quality services and outcomes.
