We are seeking an organized and proactive Part-Time Admin Assistant to support the studio’s day-to-day operations. Working closely with the leadership team, you will ensure the smooth running of administrative tasks, financial processes, and general office management. This is a great opportunity to join a creative environment and play a key role in supporting a fast-growing team. **Responsibilities** - Expense Management: Organize, track, and reconcile studio expenses, - ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. - Travel Coordination: Manage bookings for team travel, including - transportation and accommodation. - Office Administration: Handle general office tasks, including ordering - supplies, organizing documents, and ensuring the workspace runs efficiently. - Scheduling and Bookings: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and event - arrangements. - Finance Assistance: Track invoices and receipts, assist with expense - summaries, and support the finance team with ad hoc tasks. - General Support: Take on miscellaneous admin duties, including supporting - team-building activities, office events, and liaising with external vendors. **Qualifications** - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. - Proactive and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude. - Previous experience in an admin or finance-related role is highly desirable. - Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced studio environment. - Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and other admin platforms. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year Expected hours: 16 per week **Benefits**: - Company pension - Gym membership Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Education**: - A-Level or equivalent (required) **Experience**: - Administrative: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
