**Salary**: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + commission (uncapped) + benefits

There is now a need to add new talent to our team and we are looking for established recruiters who can add value, energy and passion to our team. This role may suit a recruiter looking to move into a new sector or perhaps even a solo self-employed recruiterlooking to return to a supported, team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working with clients across the Logistics and Supply Chain industries to source and secure top level talent.
- Winning new business and executing diverse recruitment campaigns using appropriate recruitment methodologies including contingency and executive search.
- Building long-standing relationships with clients by delivering a high level of service and through ongoing consistently effective communication.
- Meeting with prospective new clients and providing professional proposals to address and meet their requirements.
- Negotiating fee rates with clients.

Key Skills/Experience:

- An established recruiter with prior experience within a recruitment consultancy role. This may have been in Logistics & Supply Chain but equally could have been in other sectors.
- Professional, ethical and with a committed approach to working through recruitment campaigns to deliver results for clients.
- A bright, driven individual who is an effective communicator and enjoys contributing to a team environment.
- Comfortable carrying out business development both within existing clients as well as with new prospects.
- Organised and methodical with an ability to manage multiple jobs concurrently.
