**Experienced Recruitment Consultants**:

- **Basic salary of £27,000 - £29,000**.
- **On-target earnings of £30,000 - £33,000** with commission.

**Senior Recruitment Consultants**:

- **Basic salary of £31,500**.
- **On-target earnings of £35,000 - £37,000** plus **company car/car allowance of £400 per month**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**: Proactively **identify and win new clients** within the **driving and industrial industries**.
**Client Management**: Build and maintain **strong relationships** with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
**Compliance & Administration**: Ensure all workers meet **legal and compliance requirements**, including **right-to-work checks, certifications, and industry standards**.
**Sales & Targets**: Work towards achievable **sales and performance goals** with full support and training.
