We are looking to grow our recruitment team based in our Head office in Northampton via our fully accredited apprenticeship scheme where you are offered the best training, on job coaching and support from various industry leaders to prepare you for a prosperouscareer within recruitment.

As a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice you will develop the knowledge and skills to build a career within recruitment - you will learn all aspects of the business life cycle and follow the well-trodden path that took our CEO from trainee to Chief Executiveofficer...

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Supporting local client schools with current workforce challenges
- Business Development via telephone, Virtual and in person meetings
- Opportunity to present at client meetings
- Registering and interviewing a wide range of education professionals
- Working to KPI’s
- Answer telephone calls and taking messages
- Supporting the development of new clients
- Account management
- Stakeholder management

**What training will the apprentice take and what qualifications will they get at the end?**

The apprentice will undertake the Recruitment Consultant Level 3 training course along with a robust and planned schedule of on-the-job practical experience.

**What is the expected career progression after the apprenticeship?**

A full-time permanent role at Change Education as a Recruitment Consultant

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) desired
