**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including catering options if applicable
- Ensure tables are cleared promptly and reset for new guests
- Handle customer queries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout shifts

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, approachable manner with a strong customer service focus
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Experience with bar service is a plus but not essential
- A professional attitude with organisational skills to manage multiple tables simultaneously
