Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority. Previous experience in catering, serving, or the hospitality industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they are seated comfortably
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including catering options if applicable
  • Ensure tables are cleared promptly and reset for new guests
  • Handle customer queries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas throughout shifts

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, approachable manner with a strong customer service focus
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with bar service is a plus but not essential
  • A professional attitude with organisational skills to manage multiple tables simultaneously

Pay: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
