**BI & Reporting Senior** We’re recruiting for a world-class employer that’s expert in the field of Data and Analytics. Unprecedented, growing demand from clients gives rise to this fantastic new BI & Reporting Senior opportunity. **_As BI & Reporting Senior you will join an exceptional, expanding Newcastle based team, assisting in creating, developing and maintaining current analysis/dashboards. Your responsibilities will include:_** - Designing, creating and developing the reporting from internal data sets - Analysis/ interpretation of datasets and able to present to a range of stakeholders - Using Power BI to create reports and analysis - Taking ownership of existing Power BI dashboards, developing them further - Coaching and mentoring junior team members - Counselling and assist team members career aspirations/goals, joining in with appraisals **_As BI & Reporting Senior you’ll need:_** - A strong Reporting/Accounting background with excellent understanding of business and financial processes - Confidence working with complex transactional data, creating and presenting visual reports in Power BI, including using DAX formulas - Good understanding of data architecture and services using Microsoft solutions - CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification preferred - Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines in a demanding environment - Strong team player with a solution focused attitude - enthusiastic, positive and resilient - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and client service - Maintains good levels of accuracy and attention to detail - Proven ability using technology and analytics to solve business problems, deliver insights or create recommendations, including being a master user of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. **_Rewards and benefits:_** - c.£35,000 salary, plus benefits - To maximise salary, you must possess all outlined higher level experience, skills and knowledge - Full time, permanent role - Flexible working based on "normal office hours" and work from home BI & Reporting Senior, Newcastle upon Tyne
