**About Our Client**:
My client are a public sector organisations with offices all across the UK.

The successful BI Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Running a number of reports from various system sources, populating prepared templates, and conducting a reasonableness check of format and basic data integrity and deliver to client representative within agreed timescales.
- Support the on-going delivery of a professional suite of tailored reports to client representatives as agreed within the Enhanced Reporting Service and BExBI agreed timescales
- Reviewing report contents to ensure that a professional standard is maintained before distribution
- Reporting and monitoring of the BI teams monthly KPI's and management and co-ordination of impact to Client and Shared Services
- Work as part of the team to implement new reporting services, attend training sessions, providing administrative support, and completing testing
- Configuration Management of shared drive to comply with GDPR retention policy
- Manage and maintain the BI library
- Maintain internal Reporting excel databases (Tracker, Report Numbering, Resource Scheduler and Weekly Stats, security clearance record)
- Test Management
- Co-ordinate the testing for each test release
- Complete testing for the reporting service line as and when required.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent IT skills - including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
- Ability to be able to produce excel formulas for manipulating and analysing data eg VLOOKUP Good Communication skills

**What's on Offer**:
Full time role + temporary and ongoing for the next 12 months + remote working + £11 p/h + other excellent benefits
