**Role Requirements**
- Ensure customers review and sign off on repairs/servicing details on job cards.
- Clearly communicate completed work and future repair or service needs to customers.
- Notify customers of acceptable payment methods prior to vehicle collection.
- Accurately process and collect payments for vehicle repairs and servicing.
- Maintain accurate service department loading systems.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and workshop staff.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional departments as needed
- Demonstrates strong ability to work independently
- Proven team player with a cooperative and results-driven mindset
- A full driving licence with no more than six points is preferred
