Emergency Call handler required:
**Essential skills/experience**:
- To process information in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Offering high levels of customer service.
- Delivering a high standard of work through teamwork
- Understanding of the role of Emergency/Non-Emergency Services within the Trust
- Good Communication skills on the phone
- Good use of computers
- High standards of personal professionalism
- Empathy and compassion
- Good listening skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or an equivalent qualification) including English
- At least 2 years’ experience within a customer care environment
- The ability to manage and support others during times of crisis - colleagues or members of the public
This will involve a full intro presentation of the role and expectations, taster session, typing test, memory recall & multitasking assessment & an interview.
Full 4 week paid training given - 0800 - 1600, Monday - Friday

Full flexibility required for this role to work a mixture of days, nights & weekend shifts.
**Pay rates vary for Days and Bank Holiday shifts**

Pay: £11.44-£17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 23 - 48 per week
