Position summary:
**Billing Clerk**

**BASED: POLAR SPEED DISTRIBUTION LIMITED, 7 CHARTMOOR ROAD, LEIGHTON BUZZARD, BEDFORDSHIRE LU& 4WG**

**SALARY: Up to £27,000 P/A Dependent upon experience**

**HOURS: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00**

Polar Speed has a reputation for quality, compliance, operational and customer facing technology and monitoring solutions in the growing temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical logistics market in the UK. The company specialises in active temperature-controlled deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and medical care surgeries as well as to end patients which it serves through its homecare business. Its customers include some of the best-known pharmaceutical brands in the world.

Our accounts department is looking for someone to join our small billing team.

You will need a good understanding of excel and knowledge of formulas such as Vlookup’s, sumifs, pivot tables & protecting documents (an excel test will be part of the interview process).

High level of attention to detail combined with speed and accuracy is a must due to the high level of numerical data entry.

Knowledge of Sage would be preferable, however, full training will be given on all the internal systems currently used.

We place huge importance upon team so you must be able to work in a team setting but also on your own initiative.

This role requires you to work 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00 on a Monday to Friday basis, you must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours as and when required to meet our service requirements.
