As a Grounds Team Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetic appeal of the park grounds. Your work will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance**:

- Mow, trim, and edge lawns regularly.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the park's beauty.
- Assist with pitch enhancements to improve guest experience.
- Perform regular gas bottle deliveries to holiday homes, removing empty bottles as needed.
- Carry out additional tasks to meet the needs of the company.
- **Site Setup and Maintenance**:

- Prepare caravan sites for incoming guests, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Repair and maintain paved areas, pathways, and outdoor amenities.
- **Waste Management**:

- Collect and dispose of waste and recycling materials in designated areas.
- Empty and clean waste receptacles regularly.
- Ensure hazardous materials are disposed of correctly in compliance with environmental regulations.
- **Amenities and Facilities**:

- Inspect and clean park amenities such as playgrounds, communal areas, and recreation facilities.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to the maintenance supervisor.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
- Offer assistance and information about park amenities and services.
- Address guest enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or similar experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
