**Role Description**:
Grounds Team will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall aesthetic appeal of the Holiday Park grounds. This position involves a combination of landscaping, maintenance, and teamwork to ensure a positive experience for guests.

**Duties will include**:
1.. **Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance**:

- Perform regular landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the visual appeal of the caravan park.
- Assist with pitch enhancements.
- Perform regular gas bottle deliveries to the holiday homes and hire fleet. Removing any empty gas bottles ready for collection.
- Any other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company.

2. **Site Setup and Maintenance**:

- Prepare caravan sites for incoming guests, ensuring cleanliness.
- Repair and maintain paved areas, pathways, and outdoor amenities.

3. **Waste Management**:

- Collect and dispose of waste and recycling materials in designated areas.
- Empty and clean waste receptacles regularly.
- Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with environmental regulations.

4. **Amenities and Facilities**:

- Inspect and clean park amenities, including playgrounds, communal areas, and recreation facilities.
- Report any damage or issues with amenities and facilities to the maintenance supervisor.

5. **Customer Interaction**:

- Interact with caravan owners and guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provide assistance and information regarding park amenities and services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.

**Skills Required**:

- Landscaping, grounds, and maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
