**SENCo - Full-Time Permanent Position in Greenwich**

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs? We are a highly regarded school in Greenwich, seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCo to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and make a real impact on our provision for students with additional needs.

**About the Role**:
As the SENCo, you will take the lead in overseeing the identification, support, and monitoring of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Your role will involve close collaboration with staff, students, and parents to create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the identification, support, and progress tracking for students with SEN.
- Lead the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Provide guidance and training to teaching staff to ensure effective SEN provision.
- Liaise with parents, external agencies, and professionals to coordinate appropriate support.
- Ensure compliance with the SEN Code of Practice and statutory requirements.

**About You**:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with SENCo accreditation (or a willingness to work towards it).
- Extensive experience supporting students with SEN in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and current SEN legislation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for inclusive education and improving outcomes for all students.
