The only requirements for this role are a background in carpentry, enthusiasm for the role and a driver’s licence. This is a great opportunity for a carpenterlooking to move into management to take the next step in their career.
**Your new role as a Carpenter Working Foreman**
- As a Carpenter Working Foreman your responsibilities will include the following:_
- liaise with the client and the subcontractors on site.
- oversee works on site, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Be able to understand the job, keep track of changes and progress to inform subcontractors daily with the assistance of other contracts manager.
- ability to use your Multi trader/carpentry skills to assist with small tasks on site.
- ensuring that the site is to be kept clean by sub-contractors
- Assisting with the various projects undertaken by the firm (this could be residential, commercial, or domestic)
**Requirements and Benefits**
