As Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for, and assist with, repairs, servicing and maintenance of the YMCA Thames Gateway building and grounds.
The role requires someone with knowledge and skills in trade such **as building, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, carpet fitting, painting and decorating** as well as a basic knowledge of electrical installations.

**Hours**
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm, 37.5 hours per week, excluding Bank Holidays. Including a requirement to be on call at certain times outside of working hours.
