IQ Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of one of the world's leading hotel companies for a Procurement Admin/Coordinator. This role sits within the Procurement and Cost Efficiency (PaCE) team and is part of the Global Finance, Procurement & Strategy function.
What duties & responsibilities the Procurement Administrator will have:
- Assist the implementation of our Supply Chain Sustainability Program, Supply Chain Risk Program and Supplier Diversity Program across PaCE, the wider business & managed hotels (as appropriate), including colleague communication, training and ongoing support
- Provide day to day coaching and support for governance matters with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with developing guidelines to operational teams in business and hotels to help them source responsibly
- Feed into the ongoing evolution and implementation of the sustainability & risk strategy and targets
- Provide support in the collation of data and information and subsequent internal and external reporting of Responsible Procurement and Centre of Competence reporting
- Support of Centre of Competence initiatives such as training roadmap, PaCE Academy, and on-board/training material
What skills & experience the Procurement Administrator will need:
- Minimum of 2 years corporate experience - ideally in a Procurement/Finance environment with an understanding of Procurement responsibilities
- Experience with stakeholder management, with ability to partner across the organization to support driving changes
- Ability to influence peers and navigate across a matrix organisation
- Good sense of prioritisation, organisational skills and time management
- Strong collaborator including good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programmes, particularly Teams and Powerpoint
- Bachelor of Science / Administration degree required, business and/or related scientific field of study preferred
