We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and ambitious Finance Assistant on behalf of our client a growing organisation based in Stirling working on a hybrid basis from home & office.
This role is all about supporting the Finance business function, and liaising with some external stakeholders and internal staff across the group. This position will provide an opportunity to further your career with full study support and training to progressto an ACCA /CIMA qualification.
THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Processing, recording and reporting of all company fixed assets
- Supporting the reconciliation of intercompany balances
- Ensure all employee expenses are processed, reviewed and paid in line company procedures
- Processing of Customer card refunds
- Supporting cash team with customer allocations and adjustments
- Processing of any ad hoc invoices
- Processing of accounting journals including prepayments, accruals, etc
- Ad Hoc finance admin tasks
Our client is ideally looking for minimum of 1 years finance experience and strong academic background so we know that you're ready or currently working towards your professional accountancy exams. However, we understand things don't always go to plan, andexperience in the accounts sector can be just as important.
