New Business Development Manager

I am recruiting for a New Business Development Manager to work for a warm and welcoming IT business based in Northeast Birmingham. This will require a target driven individual who can show real reliance and build long standing relationships. The clientoffer free parking onsite and really are a wonderful company to work for.
**Responsibilities/duties**:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Create a sales pipeline
- Attend Networking Events
- Develop customer proposals
- Negotiate fees
- Update records on the CRM
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay current
- Attend regular sales meetings with the Senior Team
**For this position you will need the following Experience to be successful.**:
- Must have B2B IT sales experience
- A proven track record
- Excellence communication Skills both written and verbal
- Able to present information to clients
- Ability to work independently
- Experience selling Cloud Hosting and Managed Services
**Package**:
- Salary based on experience
- Double OTE + Car Allowance
- Full-time (9:00am till 5:00pm Monday to Friday)
- 20 Days Annual Leave + Statutory + Christmas Shutdown, increasing to a maximum of 26 Days + Birthday Leave (based on length of service)
