**Business Development Manager - Managed Services**

Birmingham - Commutable from Coventry, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Northampton, Worcester and Kidderminster

**Salary**: £45,000 - £55,000 + £6k Car Allowance + Double OTE (Uncapped) + Benefits

Company provides IT Support, Managed IT Services, IT Solutions, Cloud, Security and Software Development for Birmingham and the Midlands. Managing, developing, and supporting IT systems by providing the best technology together with award winning servicefor clients with 10 to 500 users.

We are seeking a dynamic and confident **New Business Sales Executive** with a hunger for seeking out new opportunities where you can showcase our impressive portfolio of IT products and services to UK SMEs. You will be a natural communicator(both face-to-face and over the phone) and be able to build trust with potential customers quickly through demonstrating your knowledge and understanding of how technology can deliver value to their business. **Responsibilities include**:
Responsibility for the full sales cycle from lead generation through to client presentations and closing sales.

Arrange and lead new business meetings at all stages including initial service discovery meetings, solution delivery demonstrations and presentations

Gain an in-depth understanding of competitors, which customers they are working with and ensure continued development in service offering

Gain market knowledge to identify customers looking for a Managed Service solution, including understanding their pain-points and needs

Grow a network of executive level contacts within current customers and potential new customers

Attend quarterly Executive Review Meetings with existing customers to ensure all customers are fully untilised

Cross sell service offerings when the opportunity presents itself

**Skills and Experience**:
Proven track record in hitting KPI's and targets set by previous employers

Demonstrable experience in presenting complex service delivery offerings to executive level audiences

Agile thinker, with the ability to listen to customer's pain points and create potential additional services

Commercially minded with a strong track record in margin negotiation and management

The ability to train and grow a complex sales team as the business expands

Independent, self-motivated and be able to work with mínimal supervision.
