Early Years Improvement Advisor

**In Early years and Childcare Support, we believe that children deserve the best start in Life and we are looking for a new Early Years Improvement Advisor to help us achieve this for children in Lincolnshire early years settings.**
If you are a **qualified teacher** with **recent experience working with early years children** and you are passionate about and have an excellent knowledge of c**hild development and the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum**, we would like to hear from you.
Lincolnshire has a dedicated early years and childcare sector, and your role will be to build on existing strong relationships and providing support and mentoring to local settings through a solutions focussed model.
As part of this role you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a range of other professions within children’s services and other local organisations.
You will be expected to
- give advice, guidance and bespoke support to **Lincolnshire Early Years and Childcare settings** that have had a less than good Ofsted outcome or those who are newly registered with Ofsted.
- deliver and support transition programmes including bespoke support to ensure that children are well prepared for their reception year.
- deliver training to the sector and support schools with the **Early Years Foundation Profile** as required.
- provide support to ensure **Lincolnshire Early Years and Childcare settings** have inclusive provision
