**The Role**

We’re in search of a Senior Account Marketing Executive with demonstratable experience in digital marketing and eCommerce. If your background is in a marketing agency or an eCommerce brand, we’d like to chat with you.

You’ll team up directly with our founder, diving deep into the essence of our agency’s approach. Together, you’ll find the perfect blend of strategy, creativity, and execution.

**Key Objectives**
- Oversee client account health, ensuring optimal engagement and retention
- Map customer journeys and utilise client insights to enhance retention efforts.
- Utilising additional marketing tools within the Shopify tech stack to enhance your retention strategies.
- Create compelling content using AI copywriting tools

**Skills**
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar eCommerce platforms
- Basic knowledge of Excel required, with a preference for intermediate skills in planning and reporting
- Writing marketing content
- Designing marketing content with Figma or Adobe tools is a bonus but not a must
- Analytical and data-driven
- Very organised - Planning is second nature to you. Time blocking and maintaining a clear overview of your daily tasks will be critical to succeeding in this role
- You know how to manage your workload and keep focused

**Knowledge**
- Directing CRM strategy for leading D2C brands across various niches (subscriptions, health & beauty products, home decor, etc.)

**Abilities**
- Create roadmaps and manage campaign schedules using tools like Asana, Monday, or Notion
- Leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance your workflows and tasks
- Strategic thinking around eCommerce, especially in customer acquisition and retention
- Thinking outside the box and challenging the usual way of doing things is your jam
- You focus on making every piece of work impactful
