**Basic Salary £30,000-£32,000 with excellent benefits comprehensive health care cover (including dental and optical) and a 8% company pension contribution, 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and life assurance cover.**

An excellent opportunity for a Marketing Exec to join a global Membership Organisation with 140 members across 80 countries around the world. You will be based at their Paddington, London Offices with hybrid working arrangements

**The Role of Marketing Exec**

To deliver, with colleagues, the objectives in line with the association's strategy which is set by the board of directors.

This role is to coordinate and lead on all marketing and communication activities within the London based Global Executive Office (GEO), with the view to increase brand awareness and Global Membership Organisation's profile.

Reporting to the Head of Operations and Marketing, this role will involve working closely with the three Association Membership Executives.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven, creative and hardworking individual to work for a truly international organisation which is going through an exciting stage of development.

**Personal specifications**

**Essential**

BA in English and ideally with a graduate degree/certificate in journalism/marketing or digital media

Must be numerate and literate with good, multicultural, interpersonal skills and able to communicate appropriately with different levels of seniority, including directors

Interviewing/questioning skills

Able to write, edit and proofread to a very high standard

Have a creative eye for design with layout or design experience in Adobe Creative Suite (preferably InDesign/Illustrator)

Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems

Able to multitask and juggle a variety of tasks at once and deliver to deadlines

Must be independent, self-reliant and organised. Able to work autonomously

Possess an easy going, confident and friendly personality, with a sense of humour

**Desirable** (please note these are not essential to the role)

Understanding of the accountancy profession/professional services

Video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro)

Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO

Experience with social media planning tools (e.g. Hootsuite
