Employment Associate (Senior Executive Focus) - London (3-6 PQE) This Chambers & Legal 500 Top Ranked Firm and Team works with senior executives, founders, and board-level professionals navigate complex and high-value matters at the very top of their careers. Within this practice sits the Senior Executive group – a dedicated specialist team advising high-earning individuals, including CEOs, LLP members, partners, and directors. Their work includes whistleblowing, discrimination, and bonus-related disputes, as well as complex exits and reputation management. The successful candidate will: Work closely with key Partners on complex, often multi-jurisdictional cases Advise on both contentious and non-contentious senior executive matters Gain hands-on exposure to Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation Build relationships with clients in financial services, private equity, and other high-value sectors The ideal person will bring: 3-6 PQE in Employment law, ideally from a leading City or Nationally recognised firm Strong technical knowledge of core employment law (unfair dismissal, discrimination) Excellent drafting and communication skills A proactive, commercial approach and enthusiasm for advising individuals The confidence to work independently, while collaborating across a large, high-performing team Marketing leading salary and benefits package.
