**The opportunity**:
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing activity for our B2B Growth Solutions portfolio (formerly Marketing Solutions), which includes regular webinars, reports and surveys, roundtables and weekly digital campaigns, ensuring that each one delivers on its individual KPIs for our clients. You will also lead on marketing for our own products within the portfolio including annual and quarterly reports to deliver on their own individual KPIs.

You’ll be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines and be keen to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of each campaign.

Alongside this, you will play a key part in the development and execution of our Propolis training courses and driving ecommerce sales. This will include website & ecommerce management, creating and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns to recruit delegates, and regular analysis to monitor performance against OKRs including revenue and pipeline targets. It will also include close liaison with course trainers and providing them with on the day support as required, as well managing delegate access and post course follow up.

Reporting into the Propolis Marketing Manager, you will be given the autonomy to create and manage your own campaigns, whilst receiving the support to help you meet your objectives.

**About the role**:
**Core deliverables/ metrics**:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Coordinate end to end marketing activity to promote B2B Growth Solutions and training
- Provide monthly analysis and summary of activity to Marketing Manager
- Regularly attend sponsorship client meetings to understand customer needs and support the sales process. Use insights gathered to inform and develop marketing activity to drive sales leads and campaign execution for clients.
- Lead on the marketing for Propolis training courses, ensuring key metrics and revenue targets are consistently met.
- Work closely with Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to devise annual course calendar, identifying opportunities for new courses and refreshing existing ones.
- Work with Propolis Marketing Manager to ensure each course supports the wider Propolis marketing strategy
- Lead on the logistics for each course including: coordinate and confirm course dates with trainers; manage delegate joining instructions; manage virtual platform on the day; provide delegate course certification and feedback surveys

**About you**:
Whilst some experience of working within a B2B marketing / events environment would be preferable, the ability to demonstrate drive, a commitment to succeed and an eagerness to learn is most important to this role. You should also be someone who can hit the ground running and fit in with a dynamic marketing team that works at pace.
