**Marketing Campaign Specialist - About the role**
To continue its growth Embridge Consulting is establishing a new marketing team. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to deliver demand and lead generation activity that supports pipeline generation and brandawareness in line with defined targets and goals. This role is responsible for successfully devising and managing a compelling programme of marketing campaigns through appropriate mediums to achieve prospect and customer engagement. The postholder will alsobe expected to contribute to planning future marketing activities.
Although the Marketing Campaign Specialist sits within the Sales and Marketing team, they will also work closely with the wider Embridge team, including Product Development, Professional Services, and Business Change and Digital Adoption, drawing on theirspecific expertise and insight as needed.
Working across the full marketing mix, this is a new role in a growing team and is an opportunity to make a truly positive impact.
**Marketing Campaign Specialist - Responsibilities**
- Plan, brief and execute marketing campaigns in-line with the Embridge strategy and plan, making use of the full range of marketing tactics as appropriate for the specific audience and message.
- Identify, plan and manage relevant events in-line with the Embridge strategy and plan. This could be external such as industry events, trade shows, and partner events, or internal such as webinars and Embridge-hosted events.
- Evaluate marketing activities to understand engagement and ROI and use this information to contribute to marketing reporting and continually improve Embridge’s marketing effectiveness.
- Undertake research and engage with internal stakeholders to build and maintain product, service, industry and market knowledge, feeding that into planning activities and campaigns.
- Create new and compelling content, and repurpose existing content where possible, as required by the campaign plans, in the most appropriate medium for the specific audience and message, ensuring this is proofed and approved before publication. Content includes,but is not limited to blogs, videos, eBooks, white papers, webinars and sales enablement materials.
- Contribute to the management of the CRM, maintaining relevant, accurate datasets, appropriate data points and reports/dashboards, and working towards a ‘single source of truth’ for our customers.
- Develop and manage digital activity and campaigns using appropriate techniques including but not limited to advertising, re-targeting, SEO, working with third-party publications and social media.
- Maintain a regular programme of social media content covering Embridge’s brand and campaign messages as well as identifying relevant industry and partner content to share. This includes reacting and engaging with other content where appropriate.
- Contribute to the maintenance and update of the Embridge website via the content management system, including but not limited to posting news, updating training information, adding new products and services and updating available jobs.
- As required, working closely with HR, contribute to internal communications and employer brand initiatives.
- Having worked closely with sales teams previously, the post holder will have an understanding of B2B and consultative sales processes and be able to factor these in when building and executing marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the business development team to ensure effective handover of marketing qualified leads and provide the support and materials they need when following up and driving their own outreach.
**What we need from you**
- At least 3 years ’ experience of B2B technology campaign development and execution (in a marketing campaign role)
- Demonstrable understanding of marketing principles, channels and tactics
- Demonstrable ability to work on your own initiative
- Demonstrable track record of delivering high quality campaigns and events that generate leads, which turn into opportunities
- Experience of managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrable experience developing and creating informed and compelling content
- Competent in the use of IT systems, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent and clear verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate to all audience levels across businesses, organisations, and external contacts
