What You Already Know

You have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience creating or editing written content, specifically, blogs based on existing content such as transcripts and social media posts. You may also have experience with other written content although it’s not necessary. You have a track record of work that you can demonstrate, and awareness of copywriting techniques that you can use to produce a high-quality result for a range of campaigns. You have worked in a professional environment before. You are a positive thinker and you are proactive about your personal and professional growth. Professional accreditations, certifications, profiles or training are useful but not essential. Checklists, schedules and workflows will be provided.

You’ll Add Value By

Creating, Editing & Amending
- Blog posts.
- Social media captions for an ongoing digital presence and book, blog or podcast launches.
- Ebooks and other written text for lead magnets.
- Landing pages for books and podcasts.
- Newsletters.
- And other written marketing content.

You’ll also
- Liaise with others on the team to help keep the content moving through production.
- Maintain checklists.
- Set-up client accounts online for content marketing purposes, such as Amazon accounts, podcast hosting and adding links to directories.
- Schedule approved content online, via social media scheduling software, directly to client websites and podcast hosts.
- Fill out the monthly metrics reports for our clients and assess what you see.

You’ll Know You’re Nailing It When
- You are producing written content in alignment with the client brief and on time that is signed off by the client with mínimal or no amends.
- The majority of our clients’ podcasts and books are #1 and Top 10 in the charts at launch and consistently trend upwards.
- Our clients see increased engagement on their social media and/or note improved results on their metrics reports.
- The production schedules you work with run on time.
- You’re making process improvements and suggestions to keep things simple and reliable.
- You naturally focus on the quality of your work and contributing to a positive client experience, working within our values each day.
- You are working with the WBR team, checklists and procedures to sign off your work.
- Clients give positive feedback about their content and the support they are receiving from you.
- Your clients are keen to explore the other WBR services after seeing the quality of your work.
