Apprentice Procurement and Sales Administrator at

Billington Foods are searching for an apprentice to provide administrative support to our sales and procurement teams. You’ll be trained and supported, learning about the wider business, to ensure our customers receive the best possible service. This varied and interesting role would suit someone ambitious who wants to progress internally.
**Working week**:
- Monday to Friday, 09.00 - 17.00.
- Total hours per week: 35
**What you will do in your working day**
Billington Foods is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an apprentice to join our team at our Scunthorpe office on Arkwright Way. As an Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and procurement teams. This apprenticeship provides an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience with opportunities for internal development and progression.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our procurement and sales teams to learn about our business and understand how to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with key suppliers, existing customers, and potential new clients.
- Perform data entry and update internal records accurately.
- Work with customers to resolve complaints efficiently.
- Learn our sales processes with the goal of becoming more involved in direct sales.
- Assist with all aspects of general administration.
- Undertake all other associated duties as required.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.

As an apprentice you will work from our office on Arkwright Way in Scunthorpe. You will receive regular visit from an Apprenticeship Trainer, as well as being supporter by our own knowledgeable and friendly team.
**The training you will be getting**
- Level 3 Business Administrator qualification
- A bespoke programme of practical, technical and vocational learning
- Functional Skills in maths and English (if applicable)
- Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date
