We proudly opened our doors in 2012 following an extensive renovation project, emerging as a highly contemporary yet elegant Venue suitable for Weddings, Private Events, Conferencing and leisure breaks away.

At the hub of the hotel, you can find Vines Bar & Brasserie both of which are full of charm and character, offering a friendly atmosphere serving a wonderful selection of delicious drinks and scrumptious food.

Barton Hall is continuously developing and adapting with exciting growth plans in action so it is exciting times to become part of the team.

We are on the lookout for a **_Hotel Night Porter_** to give our guests security and assistance and keep the hotel operating 24/7.

**Hotel Night Porter**:from 11 pm to 7 am Monday-Sunday Part-time and Full-time roles available.

**Night Porter Key responsibilities**:

- To provide a friendly, efficient, and proactive approach to all hotel guests
- To respond to guest requests within a timely manner
- To set up function and meeting rooms
- To assist guests with luggage when necessary
- To assist with night reception duties including checking guests in and out
- To maintain and clean all the hotel areas as required
- To take part in scheduled training
- To take control of bar and room service after the evening staff leaves
- To have knowledge of all hotel facilities
- To communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- To comply with health & safety regulations and company policies and procedures

Previous experience in a hospitality role would be an advantage, but full training will be given. You must be trustworthy, reliable, and confident.

Please note that no accommodation is available for this position, so you will need to be located within the Northamptonshire/Kettering area.

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
