BRIGHTSTAR HOSPITALITY are looking for a Night Guest Service Assistant based at the Holiday Inn Express in Kettering.

Being a Guest Service Assistant means being the person who makes our guests feel welcomed and pleased with their choice of accommodation. It means taking and showing pride in your hotel and delivering a great guest experience consistently.

The hours are 11pm-7am working a minimum of 2 nights per week (16 hours), with extra hours to cover holidays and sickness as required.

GSAs are the beating heart of our hotel and get involved in everything from serving at the bar, preparing breakfast and taking reservations, completing night audit, to ensuring our housekeeping and maintenance teams are aware of any issues, so you’ll be great at juggling tasks and turning your hand to many different things.

We’re looking for individuals who can really shine in a busy setting, who are comfortable and confident in meeting and engaging with new people and who have a passion for great customer service. Practices and processes can be taught, but personality is what comes naturally to our GSAs and is what makes them special. As this role is at Night, you will also be responsible for serving on, and closing the hotel bar, cleaning the Great Room area ready for the next day, preparing breakfast, servicing and laying up the conference rooms.

This position will include completing our End of Day procedures, PDQ reconciliation and banking. A head for numbers and experience with Excel would be an advantage.

**Salary**: £10.83 per hour
