**Main Purpose of the role**:
Working as part of a team and reporting to the Marketing Manager duties will include:

- Create unique and creative campaigns, initiatives and content to engage through both online and offline channels
- Support the creation of a marketing strategy for the organisation
- Support the creation of marketing plans across social media, print, PR
- Create social copy for CILT(UK) marketing campaigns - member benefits, national events and new products and services
- Coordinate internal marketing and be a CILT(UK) brand ambassador - supporting compliance across all platforms
- Amend digital and print assets via Adobe software
- Development of website content
- Format and publish content on the website
- Identify and present relevant advertising and contra opportunities
- Manage template and graphics of digital communications in line with brand guidelines
- Management of CRM lists
- Writing and proofreading creative copy across a range of digital and print collateral
- Build relationships with creative agencies and external suppliers
- Created detailed briefs for creative agencies and supplies to support required artwork and merchandise
- Data analysis and reporting as to the effectiveness of campaigns and ROI
- Marketing support at national events and exhibitions
- Writing copy and product descriptions for both a B2B and B2C audience
- Provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders

**Key Attributes and Qualifications Required**:
**Essential**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in creating managing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
- Minimum of 3-4 years marketing experience
- Able to work accurately to deadlines
- Flexible and capable of working well within a team and unsupervised
- Able to take ownership and build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels
- Experience with MS Office including; Powerpoint and Excel

**Desirable**
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Ideally a marketing degree or relevant marketing qualifications
