We are looking for an **experienced Recruitment Consultant** who wants a **new non-sales challenge**. Our Front Office Technology Experience Owner role is an excellent opportunity for Sales or Ex Sales individuals to use their experience to add value to a growing business while **developing new IT and business operations capabilities**.

The successful applicant will join a top-performing technology team within the fourth-largest staffing company in the world. The role supports our European business, and future career paths from this position could include Product Owner, Operations Leadership,or several specialist IT roles.

**Front Office Technology**

The Front Office Technology Teams' primary duty is to support the region (through technology) to achieve its revenue goals. The team does this by innovating on behalf of our sales customers through process efficiencies, identifying trends and adjusting ourapproach, managing third-party relationships, and showing the business what good looks like. The Front Office Technology team is not responsible for non-revenue generating technologies.

**Core Skills, Role, and Responsibilities**

As a Front Office Technology Experience Owner, you will be responsible for evolving and driving sales adoption of our market-leading technology stack. You will need a detailed understanding of how a subsect of our sales teams (talent recruiters or client-facingsales consultants) work to allow you to innovate on their behalf, helping the business to achieve its revenue goals. In doing so, you will be supported by our internal development teams and external third-party suppliers. The role will involve:

- Developing a detailed knowledge of our sales workflows, allowing you to evidence your strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities as we identify and overcome business pains.
- Partner with Sales leaders and other stakeholders to identify technology enhancements aligned with business priorities.
- Act as a product owner, driving technology best practices and adoption across the region.
- Supporting and leading strategic initiatives, projects and implementations delivered by the wider Front Office Technology team.
- Support the build and maintenance of activity dashboards and activity trends analysis.
- Take an active role in partnering and managing third-party supplier relationships.
- Troubleshooting issues across our technology stack.
- Create and deliver online and in-person training to our sales teams.
