As a Product Owner, you’ll show demonstrable experience in the field of product ownership, with excellent stakeholder management and, be commercially savvy with the ability to plan, design and build a digital product roadmap. You’ll be an analytical thinker,with strong influencing and negotiation skills and, a good understanding of developing trends in healthcare related digital experience. You’ll contribute to our purpose to build a healthier nation through ownership of Nuffield Health’s digital products. Create a product vision, product roadmap/backlog, size benefits and prioritise initiatives. The product owner is also responsible for buildingstrong relationships with internal customers and engaging external customers in the evolution of their product. **As our Product Owner you will**: - Establish a vision for the product and collaboratively develop a backlog for it with clearly documented user stories and expected benefits in terms of beneficiary and organisational value. - Complete regular review sessions with the team and prioritise the product backlog (backlog refinement). Prioritisation should be multidimensional including factors such as expected benefits, likely effort to complete etc. - Maintain three sprints worth of work that is "ready for delivery" at the top of the backlog at all times. - Explain the strategic importance and specific business/customer objectives of each item on the backlog to the squad. - Collaborate with Operational Development and Central Ops to ensure that any changes to the digital journeys complement the physical journeys existing in our hospitals and wellbeing centres. - Collaborate with Strategy function to provide input on technology products. - Educate stakeholders on the performance of any digital change using data to encourage data driven decision making. **Helping you feel good.** We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
