We are a specialist agricultural health and safety consultancy operating across the country and supporting some of the country’s most progressive farms and rural estates. We have established ourselves over the last 18 years as the leader in the field for quality, bespoke Safety Management. With offices in Witney, Oxfordshire and Thetford, Norfolk, we are in the midst of an expansion program and are developing apps and software to support our frontline consultancy team, as well as providing essential vehicle inspection services.
**Administrator role**
The Administrator role is core to the inner workings of our business and you will undertake a broad and varied range of administrative tasks for the production of our bespoke Health and Safety guidance for our rapidly expanding portfolio of agri-business, farm and estate clients. The role also involves ensuring the smooth day to day running of the busy office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious, enthusiastic, hardworking & intelligent; who wants to be part of an expanding business which operates at the pinnacle of the Health & Safety market. There will be some detailed training at our office near Thetford, but then this role can be carried out remotely. There is also the possibility of more hours.
The role involves a lot of structure as there are some hard and fast rules to work to. There are often conflicting priorities, so an ability to manage last minute requests and prioritise your work load efficiently and effectively ahead of time is an absolute must, as is the desire to be challenged on a daily basis.
This is a wide & varied role and no two days, or clients, are ever the same. You will need to be flexible and have a hands-on attitude to work, with the ability to get stuck in with mínimal supervision; you’ll know when to raise an issue and when to ask for help.
We are looking for someone who is able to work remotely as part of a small but friendly, dedicated and hard working team and effectively manage their own work load to strict guidelines and deadlines.

Excellent starting salary of £15 per hour
