Are you an experienced HR professional confident in dealing with ALL staffing procedures?
**Main Responsibilities of the role**:
- Confidently initiate, implement and maintain necessary HR changes within the businesses
- Be involved in recruitment, development and changing company culture
- Able to resolve staffing issues confidently and effectively
- Support and work with colleagues to ensure progress on an individual basis and company wide
- Be the “go to” for all HR aspects.
**In addition**:
- General office administration duties including diary management, correspondence and generally assisting the MD in his office duties.
- Experienced in all aspects of HR
- Supporting and initiating changes with the business
- The ability to quickly build working relationships at all staffing levels
- Self starter and proactive
- Tenacious
Based in Bawsey, Kings Lynn working across several companies in one location.
Due to the location a car driver would be beneficial.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £9.50-£14.00 per hour

- King's Lynn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
