**Main Duties**
- To manage the administration for our clients.
- To handle queries from our clients employees.
- To escalate issues where appropriate..
- To operate as part of a team to make sure all clients receive the highest possible standards of service.
- To protect data.
- To attend employee benefit events where appropriate.
- To liaise with relevant departments in the resolution of any queries.

**Experience**

The requirement for being a successful Customer Service Advisor is strong administration, being very well organised and having the ability to communicate to our customers using a variety of different methods. Some prior experience in an administrative role is valued within our business. Specific training sessions will be conducted to give you a full knowledge of our products and services.
** Salary: £20,000.00 /year**
