**Company Overview - Service Coordinator**

This Company are a reputable business with 14 years’ experience within the Fire & Security industry. They are continuing to grow at an impressive rate due to their excellent reputation and trusted expertise in their field. They offer a number of products and services across their many divisions and are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.

You will be the main point of contact for the service engineers within the company, communicating with the engineers; handling diary management and allocating relevant parts will be some of the duties required.

**Service Coordinator Role and Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling engineers for preventative maintenance bookings and callouts.
- Using internal CRM system to update customer details.
- Responsible for any existing client keyholder, address changes, and monitoring requests.
- Submission of any maintenance-related Certification and Reports for customers following works.
- Respond to client queries quickly and effectively.
- Maintain the Service support inbox daily.
- Ensure all return works, customer requests and callouts are actioned promptly.
- There will be various other admin tasks as requested.

**Service Coordinator** **Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- IT literate; with a strong working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fantastic attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and adapt organisational skills ensures the business runs smoothly.
- Proactive, logical, and methodical, with a 'can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
