Site Coordinator - Lee Moor Herreschoff

A vacancy exists for a Site Coordinator at Lee Moor Herreschoff operations. The working pattern for this position will be day shift - 37.5 hours per week.

Role Purpose

To provide efficient and effective coordination and administration for the Herreschoff facility, Management Team and the Plant Manager. Establishing themselves as the Site SAP super
- user, the role of the coordinator will be required to assist the site with general queries thorough to the analysis of data to assist management decisions, month-end reconciliation and reporting. This role will require the ability to work on initiative in order to meet the roles and responsibility to a satisfactory conclusion.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance of stock management systems and procurement of all site consumables (i.e. Chemicals, Packaging and Raw Materials).- Management of daily production tonnage reconciliation for Herreschoff and Polarite Plant.- Administration services to the Plant Management team, collating monthly MI to produce KPI reporting, Quarterly Environmental Enablon Reporting and any other management information systems as required. (ie Safety T5 System).- Placing daily raw feed orders, processing daily deliveries and reconciliation for month-end reporting.- Maintenance of FLT fault reporting and Servicing systems.- Raising material requisitions and purchase orders for site requirements, management of PPE systems, stock levels and communication with Suppliers and the accurate completion of all associated documentation.- Have a working knowledge of the ERP Despatch system in order to cover the Weighbridge operations if required.- Experience of ERP Systems (preferably SAP)- A proven understanding of Environmental and Health and Safety practices and awareness (however training will be provided)- Attention to detail- Excellent customer service skills- Self-starter with the flexibility to learn in house systems- Good cross remit communicator- Ability to work under pressure, often with conflicting deadline- Current Forklift Truck Licence (preferred)
