We are seeking a professional individual who holds a Valid Security SIA License to join the team at one of our prestigious clients premises, The shift times and rotation are; Working 19:00 to 07:00 on a 4 on 4 off rotation, including weekend day shifts as extra. The successful applicant will have a flexible approach to working patterns, as they will also be required to cover holidays and sickness for colleagues. They will be called in for additional hours to assist special events on site, so overtime is also available. The Duties on site will be based around but not limited to the following;
- To perform all duties as laid down in the Assignment Instructions.
- Ensure the premises are kept secure and locked at agreed times.
- Control access / exiting of the premises ensuring signing in procedure is implemented.
- Wearing correct uniform supplied by Premier Support Services only and conducting yourself in a professional manner.
- Patrols carried out using the Patrol System - minimum of 4 per shift.
- Lone worker checks of whom is on site every hour to the management system.
- Answer Telephone in polite and professional manner using the script supplied by the Client.
- Complete detailed daily handover logs and the Premier Support Services DOB accurately and legibly.
- Incident Reports completed in a timely manner.
- Daily IAuditor reports completed for every shift via a App.
- Any issues on-site escalated to the Premier Control room / Duty Manager.
- Health & Safety issues to be recorded and reported Immediately to Premier Control or the Premier Duty Manager.
- Ensure desk and work area kept tidy and paperwork filed
- Confident in dealing with alarm panels (Fire & Intruder).
- To support promoting Premier in a positive light, as an ambassador for them and the client.
- To support Customer’s emergency procedures.
- To ensure Customer satisfaction.

COVID-19 considerations:
Additional Covid Cleaners are allocated on site, also all staff members working on site must take a lateral flow test before they start their shift, this must be done every day.
