You'll lead a dedicated team of officers, provide strategic direction, and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partner organisations to deliver exceptional security standards.Position: Security ManagerPay rate: £44,000 per annumShift Pattern: Monday - Friday 50 hours per weekLocation: Nuneaton CV10What You'll DoAs our Security Manager, you will:Provide operational and strategic leadership to a large on-site security team.Develop and implement tailored security procedures to safeguard people, property, and assets.Build trusted partnerships with clients, tenants, and external stakeholders such as local authorities and emergency services.Lead on risk management, proactively identifying and mitigating potential threats.Chair and contribute to key stakeholder and security meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.Oversee the training, development, and performance of all officers, ensuring compliance with SIA and site requirements.Manage all equipment, accountability processes, and site documentation, including CCTV operations and data release.Support emergency response efforts and lead crisis management procedures to maintain safety and minimise disruption.Drive a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.About YouWe're looking for someone who is:An experienced security professional with proven leadership skills.SIA Licensed (CCTV Licence essential).Holds a driving licence.Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Skilled in technical security measures, including CCTV and access control systems.A strong communicator who can engage and influence at all levels.Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering the highest standards of service and compliance.An inspiring leader with a genuine passion for team development and client satisfaction.What We OfferAt Ward, we value our people and reward hard work with a comprehensive benefits package, including:Company Pension SchemeHealthcare Cash PlanLife Assurance24/7 Employee Assistance Programme - free and confidential supportCycle to Work salary sacrifice schemeAccess to our exclusive ReWard Membership, offering a range of additional benefits and discountsWho We AreWard Security provides security services solutions to a range of UK businesses.
