In this role, you’ll be working with the security guarding team to support day-to-day administration activities, ensuring that the objectives and SLAs (service level agreements) are achieved.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:

- Produce monthly payroll reports, ensuring all hours, absence, overtime etc is correct and sent to payroll by the required deadline dates in the correct format
- Add new starters to Time Gate (Time and Attendance System)
- Administer and audit the Time gate system and keeping it up to date with employee holiday, absence, leavers and ensure further changes such as employee address changes, changes to next of kin are captured, and will ensure that all is correct and no missing or out of date data
- Assist in the introduction of new starters into Unipart Business Protection, including ordering uniform and equipment
- Assist with administrative processes required to retain industry accreditations
- Carry out SIA and Driving licence checks
- Support all areas of administration support to ensure the successful delivery of Unipart guarding service
- Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets and trackers
- Produce high quality reports and presentations as required for ongoing maintenance of administration
- Coordinate of travel arrangements as requested (ad-hoc)
- Organise and plan internal / external meetings; minute taking and diary management
- Note taking in formal meetings
- Invoice management and raising Purchase Orders on SAP

**About You**
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
- Great communication skills - speaking, listening, and writing
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite
- Be a proven logical thinker with skills in understanding and interpreting data
- Experience of working in a security environment and / or experience with Time and Attendance systems and payroll administration
- Able to demonstrate proven experience of delivering excellent customer service and understanding customer requirements
- We’d love to see some demonstrable experience of working with lean / continuous improvement techniques too if you have that
