**The Job Role**

Starting with answering the calls, you will be involved with the full process of the customer’s journey. From understanding their description of the problem with their caravan or motorhome to generating an estimate and booking them in with the appropriate technician, you will be the customer’s main point of contact.

The role is naturally multi-tasked, and you will regularly be asked for updates from customers and technicians. Your communication style must be clear and concise. There might be times when you have to deliver unexpected news to a customer, and it is crucial that you have the ability to manage these conversations in a clear and confident manner.

**Role Title**:Customer Service Advisor, Hatfield Peverel
- **Working Hours**:08:45 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
- **Experience**:12 months customer service experience (preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inbound customer calls dealing with faults, customer enquiries and customer care.
- First touch upselling, cross-selling and retention.
- Resolving customer issues, requests, and queries as first point of contact with a right first-time approach.
- Log faults when notified by customers to enable tracking of resolutions.
- Competence in complaint and objection handling from raising to resolution.
- Submitting and chasing warranty claims.
- Promote a positive attitude and a high level of professionalism through attendance, metric performance and interaction with peers and customers.

**Role Requirements**:

- Outstanding communication skills.
- Resilience and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Adaptable to changeable working schedule and environment.
- Experience in customer service environment is preferred.
- Sales experience would be beneficial but not essential.
- Due to location (driving licence required)
