Property Accounts Administrator

We are offering an exciting role and the opportunity to join our established accounts team as a Property Accounts Administrator, In this role applicant can expect but not limited to the following jobs:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Rent chasing tenants on a monthly/daily basis, with a structured format. Dealing with tenant and guarantor queries.
- Raising landlord charges/invoices, dealing with general account queries from landlords and sending out monthly statements.
- Processing contractor invoice and payments.
- Assigning rent payments to specific tenants using Agent OS management software.
- Setting up of property rent schedules, registering deposits with the DPS.
**Essential criteria**:
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience in a administrative role or similar.
- You will have GSCE level Maths/English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time keeping skills.
- You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of and adhere to company strategy. policies and procedures at all times.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to show initiative to find a solution to new problems
**Desired criteria but not essential**:
- Previous experience in letting agency or account administrator role.
- A-level or relevant diploma level vocational qualification.
- Competent in the use of MS Office including Excel.
- Ability to learn and use in-house computer packages.
**The role is office based and has free on road car parking, the working hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with the occasional Saturday shift (to be discussed).**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
