We are a local, independent, family run business based in the market town of Faversham. Iliffe & Iliffe was founded in 2020 by brothers Nathan and David Iliffe. Since our establishment we have grown to become a market leading and award-winning estate agent.

We offer our clients a first-class, personal, friendly, and competitive service. Our approach is tailor made to each of our clients’ requirements, to offer a bespoke service that ensures they achieve everything they require from their sale or purchase. As we are an independent, family-run business, our ethos, culture, and approach differ to that of our corporate competitors.

**The Role**

Working hours are 09:00 - 17:30 five days a week (including Saturdays).

You will receive:

- Basic Salary of £21,000
- Uncapped Bonus with expected On-Target Earnings of £25,000 - £30,000
- 24 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays
- Awards, Incentives and Performance Bonus
- Full Training and Development

**The Person**

You may have experience of estate agency; you may be looking to make a career change into the industry - either way we would be interested to hear from you. As we are a family run, independent business, we are a people focused business. We are interested in you, your character and how you might match with our culture and ethos. We will offer you all the support and training to succeed.

You will need:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- To be professional and well presented
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management, organisational skills and the ability to organise your own workload
- Great motivation, a pro-active approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
- A team player, keen to work together
- **Essential** that you have a full UK driving licence and your own car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
