**Recruitment Co-ordinator, HR Dept (in-house)**
**Type: Permanent**
**Hours: 37.5 hours per week**
**Salary: £27,442 - £28,357 per annum + benefits**
**Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays**
**Role Summary**
Here at Seashell Trust we provide care and education for children and young people (up to 25 years old) with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, sensory impairment and communication disorders and autism.
This is a permanent opportunity with a blend of office and remote working and is an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled talent attraction/acquisition specialist, or for someone with agency experience looking to work in an internal / in-house recruitment setting within a HR dept, So if you are looking for a fresh challenge in a role where every single person that you recruit to join the Trust will make a real a difference then please get in touch as we would love to hear from you
**Requirements**:
- GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy
- Previous experience in a recruitment/resourcing/talent attraction role
- Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong telephone pre-screening and face to face interviewing skills and experience
- Experience working with an ATS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with previous stakeholder management experience
- Strong administration skills including updating reports and spreadsheets, plus MI and reporting skills
- Ability to multitask and work towards flexible and also tight deadlines
- Experience working in an internal recruitment role advantageous
