Full Time Operations Co-ordinator

**Role**
Answer telephone calls and direct incoming messages to the right department.
Process new starters and leavers.
Provide secretarial support to the Operations Director as required.
Receive requests for cleaning materials and allocate them to the respective team members for delivery.
Prepare job offer letters and other correspondence.
Maintain the staff leave planner with holidays and planned/unplanned absences.
Carry out DBS checks on new and existing staff.
Control the keys issue and maintain an accurate log of keys held in the key safe.
Log all machine breakdowns, report to the Operations Director, and then coordinate the replacement/repair with the service engineers and respective Cleaning Manager/Supervisor as required.
Monitor stocks of uniforms, office stationery and other supplies.
Provide high levels of customer service always.
To assist with the recruitment process - advertise jobs, collect applicant details, and arrange interviews.
To establish good levels of communication with the cleaning staff and ensure they are fully supported.

Highly energetic and have a passion for teamwork
Experience working in a family business and SME is ideal
**Key Requirements**
You will need to have good and accurate literacy, numeracy, and administrative skills and the ability to analyse information to solve general queries. You will also need good keyboard skills.
It is important that you have good communication skills, can multitask in a quick and changing and sometimes challenging environment, and are confident and comfortable around animals (the Commercial Director brings her dog to work).
The position is based at our premises on the outskirts of Cheadle and is a full-time office vacancy working 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3pm on a Friday (39 hours per week).
