**Brand Marketing Specialist**

UTV Products is a UK-based manufacturers of high-quality LED lights and lights bars for agricultural, forestry, construction, railway and highways vehicles.

We aim to grow by expanding our reach throughout the UK to Europe and beyond, catering to a broad spectrum of clients - from independent small and medium-sized engineers/agricultural businesses to renowned multinational brands.

**Role**:
We want to work with someone passionate about producing inspiring marketing material, developing an audience and launching new products.

You will assist with marketing resources to develop and execute a long-term plan to position our product brands within our targeted UK and export markets. As a result, you will create content that defines the brand and adds value for our clients from when their need emerges to product ownership and repeat purchasing.

New product development forms a significant part of the business; as a marketing leader, you will ensure new products are launched to an expectant market with energy, originality and sophistication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy & Planning:_

Develop and refine a marketing plan focusing on promoting UTV Products

Determine how to align marketing resources and assets most effectively

Align marketing with the business's future product vision
- Brand Communication:_

Create bold content that defines the UTV Products brand

Develop marketing collateral for partners, internal communications and clients
- Content Creation:_

Plan and deliver an engaging direct marketing experience

Generate compelling marketing copy (multi-channel)

Create social media content according to the marketing strategy

Maintain the company’s social media presence
- Website Management:_

Develop website content according to marketing strategy

Maintain websites to improve SEO rankings

Use backend CMS to keep content up-to-date

**Requirements**:

- Experience creating and executing business-to-business marketing strategies
- Experience in a combination of product marketing, brand management and campaign optimisation
- Experience in managing day-to-day social media content, social advertising, influencer activities, analytics and general social media presence
- Experience building a high-functioning marketing content
- Ability to produce high-quality creative work

**Tools**:
Web Management & Maintenance (WordPress), Direct Marketing Software (mailchimp or similar).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18000-22000 per year

- Background knowledge in Engineering/agriculture (desirable)
