An opportunity has arisen in the Digital Transformation Department for a Digital Solutions Assistant.

Formed in 1873, The Kennel Club exist to make a positive difference for dogs and their owners. Our key areas of activity include:

- Helping potential dog owners find the right dog for them, and work with the dog breeding community to ensure those dogs are healthy and happy.
- Supporting dog owners to access high quality training and pet insurance and provide a range of advice and support to help ensure the ongoing wellbeing of dogs.
- Working with breeders, judges, competitors and exhibitors to organise world-class events and to develop the resources they need to thrive.

The primary objective of The Kennel Club is to improve in every way the welfare, health, and general wellbeing of all dogs throughout their lives, by means of various research and educational programmes, and our Charitable Trust. The Kennel Club is an organisation committed to promoting and protecting dogs’ varied roles in society and defending the interests of all dog owners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively contribute to ongoing CRM system improvement efforts
- Identifying areas for enhancement and assisting in the implementation of solutions in the Power Platform
- Assist with the management and maintenance of CRM products, working alongside the Digital Product Manager to support online shop items and data collection
- Assist with triaging escalated CRM issues, engaging software partner as needed to address and resolve complex problems
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about changes and updates to processes, systems, products, and services, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Transformation team and Digital Champions, sharing knowledge and working together to optimise internal CRM development processes
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms
- Experience of managing several projects and tasks at one time.
- Have proven experience of delivering support of new systems/functionality to individuals and wider groups.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a robust understanding of GDPR.
